On my previous post featuring Enzo Pastor’s AE86, I mentioned that you should be wary of an AE86 out on the track when it is in the hands of a very capable driver. Well here is a perfect example.
The Race:
3 Laps, Head-to-head
The Track:
Nihonkai Maze Circuit, East Japan
The Cars:
Nissan R34 GT-R Skyline
Toyota Boss86 (Turbocharged AE86) with 200hp
TRD AE86 (Naturally Aspirated) with 165hp
The winner?
1st Place – Naturally Aspirated AE86
2nd Place – Turbocharged AE86
3rd Place – Nissan R34 GT-R Skyline
What happened? Take the jump to find out.
You’re gonna have to watch the video to find out what happened. The Skyline leads from the start, with massive horsepower and all-wheel-drive, it launches from the starting line like a cheetah.
The Boss86 follows closely, with a lightweight body powered by a turbocharged 200hp engine, it finds itself right at the Skyline’s tail.
The TRD AE86 trails from several car-lenghts away. But in a track where cornering speeds and balance is what matters, the TRD AE86 prevails in the end.
Watch closely how the TRD AE86 chases the two leaders and makes its way to the top.

Keep doing work ,fantastic job!
Ideal web site, i like it!
Your site seems truly great. Being a blog writer myself, I really appreciate the time you took in composing this report.
I had some problems viewing the website in Firefox on the Mac, but I still loved the post.
Nice! Haha! Well this is a Togue style track w/ the hachiroku will have an advantage of, beacuse those 2 are made and tuned for togue runs. Not mention the geek who is in the stock 34. But if this happened on a big circuit track, hehe don’t expect the same thing will happen.. but maybe it still can w/ the geek on the wheel and K.Tsuchiya on the 86! lol. Those hachirokus are nasty.
haha yeah that’s true
