Jay Padua’s Toyota Vios is probably one of the neatest and cleanest I’ve seen thus far. What he has done was to take the Toyota Vios, and said “Toyota could have done this better! Let me show them how…” then took the Vios through an extensive makeover to achieve the right look. And boy has he succeeded in doing so…
But as with all project vehicles, it’s never really over. As the saying goes, the road to perfection has no ending. But I’m sure it’s safe to say that Jay Padua is very much on the right path going to the road to perfection.
As it seems, Elegance is the key to beautifying the Toyota Vios. And Jay Padua and his Toyota Vios has managed to put the E in Elegance.

Here’s what Jay has to say about his ride:
“My Vios has gone through several different looks from stock to JDM. I am currently going for a cleaner and more elegant look. My next project would be to achieve a little more aggressive fitment and stance once I get my rims and coilovers.
For now these are my current mods:

And to all Toyota Vios owners out there, Jay Padua also runs a Toyota Vios online community called Vios Underground. Feel free to check it out!
So what do you think about his ride? Does it look good or what? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Feel free to share yours on the comments below. Thanks!

I’ve known Jay for over a year now, and with that said, I’ve seen his car evolve from being just another stock Vios to what it is now. I can still remember the first time I met him, still sporting 16″ rims and a TRD body-kit. Looking at his car right now, it’s quite amazing how he was able to maintain its beauty despite all the modifications that he’s done with the car. If my memory serves me right, he’s gone through four rim changes – going five now (haha, right Jay?), three body-kits and two lowering springs. Now those three alone will tell you so much about how much transformation his car went through within the span of more or less a year and six months. Of course there are still those engine mods that he’s done with the car, and his interior and exterior DIY’s. The in-car entertainment system, man! Jay has also bagged quite a number of awards in the competitions that he’s participated over the past year.
Having to achieve this look doesn’t only mean you’d have to have the cash to spend for it. Passion – you have to be passionate about what you’re doing as well for you to be able to achieve what Jay has achieved with his car over time.
Hi ekiM! Welcome to CustomPinoyRides.com. Thanks for the bit of history on this car. I agree, Jay has done an amazing job on making this car look better than ever. Let’s see whats in store next! Hahaha!
