The beginning of this awesome video showcases some of the latest 2009 Japanese D1GP Drift Machines featured in the 2009 Tokyo Auto Salon. The newest drift cars shown here are a late-model Mustang GT, an E92 BMW M3, and our feature car for today, the Team Orange Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.
This radical EVO X features a lot of Japanese wizardry such as a twin-caliper rear brakes to easily let the back end loose, a JUN-modified 2.3L engine, and of course, custom front steering components with front-wheel-drive disconnected to allow it to drift like never before.
