We all know the Nissan Skyline R33 GTR wasn’t sold through our local dealerships, and if you want one, you’d have to get one imported from Japan. However, the Nissan Cefiro A31 was a version that was released here. So here’s how to create a Skyline out of a Cefiro:
This is Ian King’s R33 GTR Ute drift car. It first started life as a normal run-of-the-mill A31 Nissan Cefiro. It has then gone through a an extreme conversion turning the sedan into a pickup, a.k.a. ute, before swapping the front end for a Nissan Skyline R33 clip. Totally awesome!
The finished product, complete with an RB26DETT engine from an R32 Skyline, bolted to an R33 Skyline Gearbox:

The package produces 370 Horsepower at the wheels. And though they had the option to convert it to All Wheel Drive, Ian decided to keep it as a Rear Wheel Drive car as he uses it on drifting competitions.
How much did it cost? Around PHP 1.5M. With that kind of money, you can actually buy yourself your own Skyline. But that wouldn’t be fun now wouldn’t it? And besides, you can do this little by little as your budget permits.
Conversion is courtesy of DMF Drift and Atoy Body Kits.

Remarkable article post on the blog, I share the same views. I wonder why this kind of universe truly does not really feel like myself as well as the web publication master

Nice conversion. I wonder if this is street legal? or are there any corrections made in the CR(because it’s a pickup now)
