Yes, you read it right. This is… or was… a Honda Civic EG Hatchback. But if you’re starting to doubt, well that’s because the front end looks different. It looks more like this…
That’s right. It’s the Audi R8!
Just take a look at the first picture above. The people at WarpZone New Age Customs have done a brilliant job in recreating the front clip of the R8. From the LED headlights, to the front bumper, even to the flared fenders.
Let’s a look at the interior. The dash, door inserts, and seats have been adorned with red accents. It has an aftermarket steering wheel and shift knob to give you that sporty feel. And check out the multiple gauges to keep you informed of how the all the horses crammed under the hood are doing at all times. You know how some of us motorheads get impatient when faced with heavy traffic, when all you want to do is put the pedal to the metal and get every last ounce of power to the ground? Well check out the head unit with the LCD monitor. Sweet! This should keep us entertained when stuck in traffic.
But let’s check out the Audi R8′s interior:
Notice the shift knob and LCD monitor? What about the curves of the seat? Even the interior of the Civic is reminiscent of the R8.
Moving to the rear end, the old number plate housing has been removed, and closed off for a neat and clean look. Also check out the aftermarket tail lights, custom rear bumper with diffuser, and twin exhaust pipes. From this view, you’ll also notice the custom metallic paint job, duck tail spoiler, and the red lights you see through the rear windscreen are from a trick custom subwoofer box.
But then let’s take a look at the rear of the Audi R8…
What else can I say? This Honda Civic has truly been Warped… to the Zone of the Audi R8.

it looks great! the exterior is awesome. gotta love the nose cut.. the interior could have been better though. if the idea was to make it like an R-8, then they should have opted for black leather wrapped interior for that classy, exotic look. the steering wheel could also have been better… the red color just doesn’t feel right for the theme… other than that, its perfect. i give it an 8 out of 10. Kudos!
Some would think that this is rice but then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. some are just envious, traditional and are afraid to think outside the box… its a free country anyway… car tuning and modifying is limitless. to each his own. honestly, here in the Philippines, those who will appreciate this car are far greater in number than those who will oppose. Well, majority wins! sorry rice patrolers…

not everyone has good taste Larry! This kind of shit was happening way back FandF days when people was just starting to experiment with different car parts on different models! Guess why this kind of modifying didnt really fly! Coz its butt ugly!
